Carve Barbecue serves the community the finest quality ethically-raised meats, smoked low and slow, carved to order, and paired with scratch sides made from the freshest local and seasonal ingredients.

THE FARMS

We source ethically-raised meats from farmers with a commitment to quality, and use the freshest local and seasonal ingredients for our scratch garnishes and sides.

THE BUTCHER ROOM

Our meats are prepared in the Butcher Room before heading into our Ole Hickory Smoker. Our chicken is fresh and never frozen, and our beef and pork are raised without hormones or antibiotics.

THE SMOKER

All of our meats are smoked low and slow in our Ole Hickory Smoker for up to 12 hours, giving you the perfect amount of smoke, crust, and juiciness in each bite.

STYLE IT

We realize that each region has a different style of barbecue and so we let you choose – whether sauced, rubbed, in a taco or on a bun – it’s barbecue without boundaries.

CARVE IT

Our meats can be Carved to order – choose from a variety of options like brisket, turkey, chicken, and pork, and have us Carve it to your liking.

ENJOY IT

We offer a number of garnishes, such as barbecue pico de gallo, charred corn, and pickled okra, as well as plenty of fresh and seasonal scratch sides. You won’t leave hungry – we promise.
